Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days and then it will ship separately from any other non-custom Northwest Firestarters products. If you have Sasquatchin' Apparel and other NorthWest Firestarters products as part of the same order, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and the orders will be shipped at separate times.

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.*
