• Sasquatchin' Apparel Shipping Policy

    NorthWest Firestarters proudly ships Sasquatchin' Apparel to both Canada and the USA. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Sasquatchin' Apparel will ship separately from any other non-custom NorthWest Firestarters products. If your order includes both Sasquatchin' Apparel and other NorthWest Firestarters items, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and the orders will be shipped at different times.

    Please Note: While many of our products offer local delivery, Sasquatchin' Apparel (excluding Toques/Beanies/Winter Hats) is available for shipping only.


    USA Customers – Duties and Import Taxes:


    Products may be shipped from Canada, and depending on the value, duties may be charged, including a brokerage fee administered by USPS.

  • Return Policy

    For Sasquatchin' Apparel custom products, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.

    For items that were sent to you incorrectly or are damaged due to carrier mishandling, NorthWest Firestarters will cover the cost of the return shipping label. However, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to NorthWest Firestarters and the shipping costs for new merchandise to be sent back to you.

    Please Note: The date of product delivery is the date the shipping carrier marked the item as delivered, rather than the date you received it or opened the package

  • Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

    To initiate a return, you can contact us, or visit your returns portal using the email address associated with your order. Visit https://account.northwestfirestarters.ca to begin the return process. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on what to do with your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
